About Iranian Almond
Almonds are a species of tree native to Iran and surrounding countries but are widely grown in other regions. Almonds are one of the types of nuts that are often consumed in gatherings. Almonds are helpful high-energy nuts that will stay fresher and have a more pleasant taste if have a tasty skin.

Properties of Iranian Almonds
The length of the almond fruit is 3.5 to 6 cm. Botanically, almonds are not a nut but a shaft (plum fruit). The fruit has an outer, fleshy covering, like plum and cherry, in a rugged, leathery, green-gray cover called the body. Inside the body is a mesh, stiff and wooden shell. Inside the shell are edible seeds, commonly called almond kernels. In general, there is only one seed here, but sometimes there are also two seeds. When the fruit ripens, the skin cracks and separates from the hard skin. Then the fruit falls from the tree to the ground.
